Nightwhisper walked around camp,silently dragging his long tail behind him. The sun's first rays illuminated his black feathers,turning them green.
He looked up at the sky,grunted,then continued searching for anyone to talk to.

Whistlingflight's beating wings could be heard nearby before she landed gracefully in camp with a slight skid and neatly folded her wings behind her. Tossing her crest from her face, she headed to the stream.

Cometflight was sitting on a boulder, his head tucked in his back with one eye open and the other closed. "Morning already?" he muttered silently under his breath, drawing his face out of his colorful feathers and yawning.
