"Please," Wildheart glanced solemnly at the skies, as if desperately crying out to Starclan, before his painfully stinging eyes fell upon Silver again. "No, no... You-- you can't die!" He fought the tears that seemed inevitable, his voice cracking and his breaths labored. He held up her delicate, pearlescent white wing in his black and gold one, gently placing another on top of it.
