Deepstar hurried inside ending up at another set of doors ahead of her, leading into the grand throne room. She took a deep breath of cold ocean water to steady herself and slowly opened the doors. She stepped into a dry room, the doors were enchanted to keep the water from pouring in. The Queen sat majestically on her throne, looking down at her.
Deepstar slowly walked up to the throne and bowed her head, spreading her wings ever so slightly but keeping them down. Her deep black/blue scales were such an odd thing, the Queen must know she’s not a pure Seawing. “She’s going to banish me….” She thought despairing but tried to hide the look on her face. “Your majesty.” She said softly.

(If this is the Deep Palace, it’s all underwater. They don’t need to have air. There wouldn’t be an oxygen in that room anyway cause they would’ve breathed it all.

"D-huh," Leif half scoffed, half snorted, sitting up slowly. "I would never, goof."
"What the IceWing ambassador MEANS," Fae hissed, "Is he was not apart of the group who attacked the Deep Palace."
"Mhmm." Leif nodded slowly, slouching back over the throne. "Yuh, totes. Not like I led them." He smiled wildly, shinning teeth glistenening as he draped his arm back across his eyes.
Fae tensed. Why was he looking for a fight? She was done defending him.

There’s no reason for her to do that, it’s like their safe place. Also everyone breathes water and can communicate underwater so-

Sunset had fallen while Chenoa awaited Leif’s return . Suddenly, a star shot across the sky. The NightWing remembered her promise to Effie, from over ten years before. “And when a comet leaps through the sky, we’ll meet again” Chenoa whispered . It had come from the west, which meant that Effie had already seen it, if she had noticed. *which she probably would have* the young dragon silently commented, *since astronomical events like that are usually spotted *. She decided to wait for another hour for Leif , and if he didn’t come back, leave for Parasealia . After all, he was an animus. He could figure out where she had gone.

Deepstar almost lost it, she wanted to rake her claws along his ugly face, maybe she’d wipe the smirk off. But then she’d really be banished, hybrid or not.
But now that he’d mentioned it, he was starting to look more and more like the dragon Parrotfish and Hammerhead had described to her. The leader of the attack…

It couldn’t be. Why would he be here again? If it even was him.
“Exactly who are you? Do you know who led the attack? And why?” She asked, trying hard to sound calm and unworried but still leaving a hint of anger.
