I’m basing the fight off who would win in a fight to the death, but if Chenoa aims not to kill, she’ll probably lose.
If she does aim to kill, it’s a 50/50 since she can hear where Ray is if he turns invisible. They both have fire, but Ray is more experienced, so he has a better chance of winning.

“Sounds alright. I’ll have someone write that d-” Venom spun around when she heard the sound of scrub brush snapping behind her. The black dragon’s main suspect was confirmed wrong when she smelled the furry scent of a bear. She snarled at it as it growled back; a pair of amber eyes glanced back at the two foreigners.
“Stay back!” She snapped. “These things are dangerous. I’ll handle it.” Her tail lashed in prospect of the animal’s attack.
The bear had hesitated when Venom spun around, but now lunged towards her, long claws outstretched as they slashed towards her neck. The WebWing queen jumped back and let out a thick strand of sticky silk and threw a loop over the bear’s head; she yanked the white strands towards her, knocking the bear off its feet. Venom leapt over to the carnivore and dispatched it with a ruthless bite on the neck with her venomous fangs.
“Huh. Haven’t done that in a while.” She gasped. She knew the bite alone wouldn’t be enough to kill the animal, but her venom was deadly, and the bear’s movements were slowing with every struggle it made.

Aphono watched as the bear was expertly killed. The looks on the other landers faces was of pure shock and awe, a hint a fright mixed in as well. This particular bear was of massive size, it would make for a great feast meal.
Now the Queen of two tribes, Fae and her smug faced companion knew the true power of the Webwings. No other tribe had such gifts.

"Be silent, Leif." Fae whispered gently.
Leif was silent.
"Wonderful," Fae continued, "I would love to show you Pyrrhia. Please, let us create this peace treaty first, then I will show you our continent. Did you want guards to accompany you?"

“Yes. And we can make that now.” Venom said, gesturing with her head for them to follow her.
She flew the pair back into her kingdom and called for a scroll to be brought to her and wrote out something for a moment before showing Fae and Leif. “Does this sound agreeable?” She said, showing them the document.

“The Agreemint to a Treaty of Piece between the Tribe of the WebWings Ruled by Queen Venom and the SeaWings and IceWings Ruled by Queen Fay. Whereupon no dragons from ether three tribes shall be permittid to impend harm upon on another or there queens. If any one tribe may be in need of protecton or help, then it is expected of the latter two tribes to be of assistince. The signiture of the queens of the mentioned tribes shall be the symbol of there agreement.”

( I agree with that treaty. I see us scavengers sadly haven't figured out how to perfectly translate Dragon though...)

Aphono was becoming increasingly worried, Fae didn’t seem trustworthy. Was the Queen desperate for allies? How did Venom expect the Webwings to help when they could never get to where their allies are?
