Winter and Chickens

It gets below 20 some winters. Sometimes sub zero. .. no drafts but .. like today. . is been raining and the straw is alittle moist feeling.. kinda damp on floors. . dirt floors.
 
Try and keep the coop dry inside, easier said than done, I know. Try sweet PDZ or Stall Dry if it gets really bad. If it's wet and windy, especially with a small coop/run like yours, eculover, I'd wrap a tarp or something similar around part of the run section and the bit below the coop, to give them a sheltered spot to hang out in that's not inside the coop. Sand in the run section may help with moisture there, depending on your exiting flooring.
