"I don't know." Winter said softly. "A few days, maybe. There should be three or four. I'm too small to have more than that."

Isolt squeaked triumphantly "Now I tackled you!" she said proudly and stepped off him. Isolt nuzzled her brother and laid down by Merope.

Merope nuzzled her kit, then pulled Amos over and licked both her kits.
