Dianthus raced out of the den searching frantically for his son.he found him trying to crawl down a hole after a mouse,"Arko"he said.he picked him up by the scruff,"Nice try, Little Buddy.but you need to be a tad older to learn to hunt"he told him.

Arko sighed,"Aww!i wanted to catch a mouse for Jay!"he said.

Dianthus set him down,"why just Jay?"he asked, concerned.

Arko looked up at him,"You don't know?"he said echoingly.

Dianthus tilted his head to one side,"Know what?"he asked.

"Jay is....is..."Arko gulped,"Jay is blind"he blurted out.

Dianthus stared, wide eyed."Blind?!"he echoed.

Arko nodddd,"yes"

Bramble ran to Ember,"Mama!"he said,"we have new friends!"he said pointing at Isolt and Amos.

Ember nodded thankfully and slept around Jay.

Twilight nd Luna kept on digging.

Jay woke up whimpered.she held out her paw trying to feel were he was.
