My bantam pullet is brooding three eggs for the third time this year. I tried to break her and was successful a few times but at the end she won. I don’t want to bring her inside the house and the garage is as cold as keeping her with the rest of the flock. If I keep the water warm for the babies are they going to be ok outside during the winter?

Two babies hatched autumn and winter yayy
But the poor babies are crying a lot because I assume they are cold and mom it’s more busy trying to feed them than to keep them warm. Should I bring them inside and if I do would I be stuck with them till spring because they won’t be use to the cold or can I kick them out once they grow their feathers in about a couple of months?
Help please
