Winter hatch for spring eggs?

I Grow Off My Chicks Oct. Nov, Dec. And By Spring I Have New Layers And Roll Some Of The Older Layers Out, We Maintain About 150 Brown Egg Layers Year Round, For Fresh Egg Market, Now Growing Off, Marans, Ee, Rri, Wellies, Blk Sex Link, Br, Just To Name A Few, Will Be Increasing The Laying Flock This Year To About 200 Layers.........................., All Free Range,,, Also I Have Had Bettter Results Growing Chicks This Time Of Year, For Serveral Reasons, Flys, Better Heat Control In Brooders, High Humidity, Just To Name A Few...........it Gets So Hot And Humid Here In So. Ga. The Chicks Feed In Take Decreases Therefore They Just Dont Grow Off As I Would Like For Them To........maybe This Does Not Work For Everyone, Sure Does For Me.......thanks Ru53
