I would love to enter this contest but there is just one slight problem: all my chickens are scared to go outside in the snow

I have another problem to start with. No snow. Haven’t seen a single flake all winter. And if it snows, its probably barely enough to cover the grass before it’s even going to melt again. And on top of that. If the world turns white, my chickens are too chicken to go out.

Besides, I don’t have a farm. Only 8 bantam chickens in a city-size backyard.

What should I do? Wait for snow or wait for the: ‘Winter without snow in the city Photo Contest’?

I hear instant mashed potatoes make a good enough snow substitute for movie sets A slightly more serious suggestion though, you could probably get creative with some snowflake tree ornaments or white balls made into a beach themed snowman.

She was back to standing under the run of the baby coop in the yard (their hang out spot) about 5 minutes later must not have been worth it.
