Here are some of my babies enjoying some of the fresh greens I picked for them!!! I love the winter because it rains and everything is green.

Yah, Winter in SAN DIEGO. There's a lot to love about that!

Everything here in the Sacramento area is wet and muddy, which cuts down on that "green" look.

Out here in NW Washington it is also very rainy in the winter, but that in no way means more greens. . . It means no sun, LOTS of muck, and all the greens are eaten down to stumpy little bits. Course, big difference between CA's, umm, however much rain you get an our 120" or more per year of rain.
