How cold does it get in Arkansas?
In Central Wisconsin we will have weeks that are -20 to -30F, I put corrugated sheets around my run. For tractors, I would think you could do the same.

Are you in Arkansas?

With a tractor, since usually space is tight, it is very difficult to insulate or block wind without reducing ventilation too much.

Also... in snowy areas, there is no reason to insulate a tractor, since it would get hidden under a snow drift... in the winter the chickens have to move from the tractor to a nice tall and sturdy, as well as much larger, coop.
