Wipes for eggs

Note: If you are washing eggs for re-sale purposes you should visit your NJ department of ag website as they may have different/specific regulations in regards to this.

If for personal use you definitely have a bit more flexibility. Generally I just use warm water (at least 20 degrees warmer than the eggs) and sometimes a paper towel to clean dirty eggs. Washed eggs will need to be stored refrigerated if not consumed immediately.
