Boy, I have been falling behind here. I still have 3 pages to read but no time. Gotta get to bed. Busy weekend coming up. At least I got the coop cleaned out today, and got caught up on the laundry for once.

Oh, on a sad note, Dottie passed away last night.

If you remember, she had been having troubles since early this summer. The only thing I could figure is maybe she was an internal layer? She would have a swollen abdomen from time to time & she usually walked with her legs spread pretty far apart. I checked her numerous times for being egg bound, but she wasn't. She never acted like she was in any pain or anything, but I kept her separated with the rabbits so noone would mess with her, namely Moose. She was his fav. Sorry to be a bummer.

Hey TO, just have your DH put a seatbelt on your tiller. That should do the trick.

Got 7 pints and 8, 1/2 pints of green tomato chutney made. Taste test so far is pretty good, though I over cooked it a bit. Thinking the issue with the toilets (yes the other has issues now) may be in the pipe between the house and the tank

Sure hope it's just a blockage that comes loose!

Well, better get a fire stoked up before DH gets up. He got up and looked at the thermostat 3 times last night! I told him when I was done cooking and canning I would get it going. He was really pissing me off! If he had his way it would be 90* in the house! Maybe he will change his mind when he starts hand splitting that pile of wood!

turning left brings you to CTH TT after you go around 3 roundabout that were just completed- if you go straight on N that heads toward Sun Prairie and if you turn right on CTH TT that takes you toward Marashall(we live in that direction) and if you turn left on CTH TT you head towards the east side of Madison. Now if you turn right you will take Hwy N towards Cottage Grove- you have to get to the 4 way stop and turn right on BB to go though town, turn left on BB and you will head towards Deerfield(this is another way to where we live)

trying to finish up some 4-H paper work today and then we have Hwy clean-up this afternoon with the 4-H!

Good Morning Everybody! Normal? Me? More like Abby something. I love that part of Young Frankinstein!

TO I've got a plow and a disc now. If I leave within the hour I could be there say oh around Wed. if I drive straight thru. Be glad to do it! Feelin a little wiped out today. Think being out in all that wind yesterday sucked the life out of me. Went to bed at 8 and was asleep by 8:30.

Of course I was up at 4:30. Gonna need a nap before heading to Wausau for the B'day party this aft. Kids are gonna PO'd just letting them out in the run then puttin them to bed b4 we leave. Staying over in Wausau. Taking the host some dills need to check inventory so we don't short ourselves. Already think Donny may be right the garden will be bigger next year.

Found temperary spots for all the attachments. Turned out there was no top link for the 3 pt told Donny the deal was off!

There was one however on the back blade but it's pretty bad, will pick up a new one on the way Nort. Going to leave the brush hog and back blade at Donny's they belong to his brother who will never use them again but I know where they are any time I need them. Eventually they'll end up here. Bigz it sounds like a gas or spark problem to me. Might just be a plugged gas filter. Maybe a cracked coil or bad condenser. I hate hearing of a non-running tractor. It's just WRONG! Glad to hear your eyes are coming along. Scary situation for sure! Sounds like a lot of fun gonna go on down south today. Glad your gettin together!

Good morning All! Yeah for the sun...so CInd...did you lose that chicken? That is a busy area there (I think) my brother lives near there. I am betting with all the new "city chickens" there will be way more strays...sounds funny, a stray chicken!

OMG CC--just the thought of a sealt belt on my tiller about made me spit out my coffee! DH asked me what was so funny...I didnt tell him...

"ah, just chicken stories." Sorry about Dottie. I lost one yesterday too. A little silkie polish cross. She had that creeping crud in her mouth that I had treated a few times but I didnt catch it soon enough this time...a good mama with her 3 sisters...it was cute to see them with all the babies.

Great directions H&R! But you forgot to add that if you go past your place on BB you will come to my road! It is funny that Jim knew the exit...he probably wouldnt recognize it now though! Those roundabouts will be OK if the people ever learn how to navigate them...my friend J still stops every time she enters one and gets all confused...I usually demand to drive!

I wish my daughter was home from school this weekend...it looks perfect to head to the forest for a trail ride...she said she was coming home "one of these days" to ride with me....probably when her BF has something else to do I imagine. Moms always play second fiddle when their daughters get into romance...*sigh* I kinda miss having her around...

DH brought me roses for our anniversary! A huge bunch of long stemmed red ones! Unfortunately the darn cats have cracke off 3 already...they must like how they smell too! Now I have the shorter ones in a vase on the windowsill. Well, I guess I better get out to that garden. I am going to pick off what I can and stack the plants up for compost. The tortoises will be sad that there arent any more squash blooms to eat...perhaps I will leave the zucchini plants since they are still blooming. The torts are really burying themselves deep lately at night--the deep freeze is on it's way!

Yup,, If you take TT to the right (east) for about 1/2 mile, and then peel off to the left just going up that little hill, my sister lives at the end of that road.. I can't remember the name of the road..
