WOW! Someone has a memory! (we all know it's not me) Good job. I didnt read the whole list but that is about how many we figured +/-.
I think everyone had a great time...didnt hear too many complaints. Wonderful white elephants everyone! Whoever got that pizza cutter...watch out for your FINGERS please! Thant thing has an edge! (thankd BigZ and Suze)
We got out of camp around 2:30 I think...took a little jaunt around the place looking for saplings to bring home. I am going to make a "little camp" right here~then when I am stressed I can just go out there and sit and rejuvenate...wonder if it will work?

Anyhow, Derek and I had a great time--as usual; and I cant wait for next year already! There was some question about a summer/fall mini bash and I will let someone else take the reins on that project. Remember, anyone can have a bash (big or little) any time you want! these are probably the only vacations that some of us get!
Just a reminder for those of you that like to plan ahead....next year's spring bash will be held on the same weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday the weekend after Memorial Day. We thought it would be easier to plan if we booked it right away. Sorry if it doesnt fit with some people's plans, but this is the latest weekend we could take without going into July! This little camp is getting pretty popular for sure! (and if you have been there you know why!)

Here are a few of the pictures I got...I thought I took lots more...I guess I was just too busy enjoying myself!
Getting ready for the raffle:

Some of the prizes:

Gluten-free table:

All (or most) of us!

Tommy thought the pump-house looked and awful lot like a little chicken coop!

So that's it! Now DH is wanting to dig holes to plant the trees and plants I brought home...gee, I guess I will let him do it!
TerriOwhoisexhausted!

Well I am SOO glad I came this weekend! We all had a GREAT time! It's so nice to meet people in person so you can relate a name to a face. But 1/2 the people there I had NO CLUE who I was talking to. The kids all had so much fun, they loved everything...except the ticks! LMAO!

BigFam, BabyLady, AngieBubs, Mel, CC, Delish, ChickenScratch, Ghostrider, raminel, Julie, Zeke, dcbaflock, BigZios - I couldn't identify you there. I have no clue who any of you were or if we even talked. There were too many people who were not wearing name tags. Intowhich, I should be one to talk, as I wasn't wearing one, either.

Indeed! The kids all got along GREAT! (or at least, SEEMED to! LOL!)

Wine tasting? I never even knew it was going on. I even brought a bigger bottle of wine w/me. It didn't get opened. I kept wondering about it, but it never seemed like it was going on. I never had a drink of wine, a bottle of beer, or lapped a drop off someone's cup that was gonna spill...LMAO!!

I also have a Taz! She is my 14 yr old daughter, Tasha. Her real name is Nataszia and when I was looking at her crib card when she was born, if you take the s out,you have Tazi. So that's what we call her. Taz or Tazi. She hates it though and often ignores me when I call her that. But! It is what it is! You do not get to CHOOSE nick names, they're something that is GIVEN to you. LOL!

Vicki - Ha! Love your yard saleing! I love it, too. I stopped a multiple sales Friday morning when I was bumming aroudn doing my errands. You'll never guess what I got! I got a life-size (YES! Taller than me!) cardboard cut out of Johnny Depp for only $5.00!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!! My teenage daughters were fighting over who gets him in their room and I'm all Uh-uh! He's getting nailed to the ceiling above my bed!!

Yvette - what town do you live in/near? How far of a drive was it for you? And yes, I have a lot of pics, but will have to wait to upload until tomorrow morning.

Here are a few of the pictures I got...I thought I took lots more...I guess I was just too busy enjoying myself!

All (or most) of us!

OK - so in this picture, the only people I can identify by name are: Lisa, Amy, Sandy, Terri, Jim, Yvette, and Cindy. If I didn't say your name? I've no clue who you are. I THINK the lady's name in the green shirt to my right is Amberflea??? Don't know her real name, but that's who I got my roos from this wknd.

me+Nathan+3 kids=5

We are home, unpacked, most of us have showered, we ate dinner, and are tired! I've got the dirty clothes in the washer, plants outside, and thought I'd get on here to see what everyone posted.

On the way home, I found out from my friend that watched our dog, that she (our dog) got sprayed in the face by a skunk last night, so yeah...she got a really long shower too! Also, that she (my friend) took her son to the ER last night for Lyme's disease! Check your kiddos, dogs, and self!

We really had a blast and it was great to meet all of you and your families, however I am really looking forward to sleeping in my bed and not waking up to a hung over rooster!

I miss you all already, our chats at the fire and campsites, and all of the great food. I have found out that I actually like maple syrup, those of you that donated syrup for breakfast, thanks and YUMMY!

Jim- could you PM me the recipe for those awesome pancakes when you get a moment?

I don't remember who it was that gave me a sip from the whiskey flask, but I'd really like to know the brand/maker of that whiskey, it was really smooth! Thanks by the way.

Cuties/Mel-if you ever want to give up that pup, I've got the first bid in the pool, ok? It was great to chat with you and Scott and to meet the kiddos.

bl4- thanks for cooking the bacon this morning and have a safe trip out west!

Heather-sorry we didn't get the ball swapped for your kiddo!

dcba- all of your plants were swapped out and when you come next year, I'll gladly take "A" off of your hands for a bit (you know for your mommy/sanity moment)

Angiebubs/Judi- could you PM me the recipe for those Cowboy beans (or whatever they are called) when you get a chance? It was great chatting with you, Mike and Megs!

TO- you made the other dish that was in the crockpot by the cowboy beans, right? I think it was you that made it. It was kinda soupy-ish...yes I know I'm am being real clear and descriptive, right? Anyway, can you PM me the recipe for "it" when you get a chance? Great to meet Derek (I hope I got the spelling right), we enjoyed the afternoon talk with you 2 at your campsite.

Ghost & Red wolf- I really enjoyed talking with the two of you this morning and it was great to meet you and your family.

BBP-even though your stay was short, I enjoyed meeting you, John and the kiddos. Next year we will both pack some warmer clothes, right? Maybe we can run extension cords into our tents for electric blankets (John will get the 2 sleeping bags and you and Claire can have the heated blankie

)

Vicki- thanks for keeping me hydrated with the hot coffee in the morning and the bloody mary's in the evening! Tell Jess, Tammy & Kias that it was great to meet them all and I hope they come next year too! Although, I doubt that we'll get Tammy back....cause she's afraid of chickens

.

Also, a HUGE thanks to Bigz for having us all out, to all who helped clean up, to all that brought goodies, and to all the chickens that brought us together in the first place!

Big Fam, I have a friend who has a standard poodle and he will not stop killing her chickens. She's tried every trick she can think of. He is just a chicken killer. I hope yours doesn't turn it that way.
Psychochick - It was a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive, depending on if we took the scenic route or not. And we did on the way there. Next time we'll stay both nights.
Chickenscratch - I was just thinking about how great it would have been to have an electric blanket. I guess I could have slinked into the bunk house. That would have also helped with the problem of Jon and Mike snoring. Lol!

Psychopeep- I spoke with you this morning in the "INN" after breakfast about children and their behaviors/consequences (I was the one wearing the hat all weekend), my oldest daughter was hanging around with a few of yours too. Real name=Kendra.
