Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

My calls aren't laying well. Plus, my pastel hen went missing. I though maybe she was on a nest somewhere. Then, on Thursday, my best drake ($100 from Dennis Fuller) and one other hen turned up missing. Now I see they have the neighbor dog back on a leash. Think he drug a duck home? I may have eggs later in the season if my incubators fill up. I think I have a whole 12 eggs going right now.
Oh, and my white pair that I bought at the International Poultry show are not producing at all! I hope I didn't get sold an old hen :(

Long day for me, STILL no nap and not going to get one today either..... but it was so nice to see Cuties, Jim and Irish this morning!!!!

All I want to do is sit down and relax with a glass of wine (probably not the best for this cough but right now I do not care), but of course I volunteered to head down to the theater where Prom is held tonight to take pics. Apparently the kids have decorated the place to look like the Prom held in the original movie of Footloose. Then there is the issue of the roo hiding out in my garage. He needs to be transported to his new digs tonight once it gets dark. Cuties, I decided to just treat all the birds for mites since it has never been done and they probably all have some.

No Sebbies at this swap, I do not think I have ever seen any sebbies except pictures. There was one Call Drake that sold within a minute of the guy getting it out of his truck.

Hi Angie!

Maybe tomorrow I will be able to sleep in............

Yes, Jim came to Waupaca to hang with the cool chicks!

Love the pictures!

What qualifies as a old Call duck? My hens were still laying last spring quite well, and they were 4 years old last spring.

Prom was beautiful! I am always amazed at what these kids do for Prom; SO much more than what we did......

Roo has settled in quite well in his new digs. One chase from Amy and that was it. He is hanging out with the girls and chillin.
