how's that hatch doing, you where the one with some hatching right? when I last looked I had some mahogany fav's hatching last night, 2 done, 2 starting, 2 ?. the only thing the 'bator is in the chick shed outside

Good Morning Frosty BYCers.....

-9 here, I've got a rare day off so I'm a little late with chicken chores...hopefully I won't find any of them frozen to the roost. I'm still getting 10-12 eggs daily, despite no heaters in the coop. The ameraucanas seem to lay through just about everything. Lots of blue eggs!

Should be a nice chilly Sunday for The Game. I'm stoked. Go Pack!!!!

I'm a little worried it's day 21 and nothing is going on. I'm thinking the egg carton was a bad idea. I don't really get it. I had a few days where the temp got up to 100.5 and maybe they are fried.

I think the Mahogany fav's are beautiful.

-30 here. Went into my non-heated coop and my glasses fogged up. It was warm. Sure glad I added extra straw yesterday. Even the heated water dish outside is fine. Gave a little corn as a treat and they are snug. Myself I am staying in until the Silvermine Ski Jump tonight!

ya that sercuity guy should be fired. Why is footage being released? and WHY are there non workers in the security office any way? u can hear a kid in the background!? as far as sueing??? it is her stupidity that got her in the fountain. dumb!

Frigid Fish Fry Friday...we had -17 and it was a balmy +10 in insulated coop. I thought for sure you would be fishin cp. Nothing like fresh fish....

Yep it's gonna be a lazy inside the house kinda day. Kept the fire going with hickory last night. Sure does lay a nice bed of coals.
Prolly check for eggs one extra time today. Hate to find the eggs froze, although the girls would like that when I fry them up and feed them back to them.
Gonna fry up another venzun heart for the girls today. They tell me that the Buckeyes should have more meat in their diet because of the game in their genes.
