Christmas tree is done!

An update on those rascal kittens; they are doing well, I think they are about 12 weeks now and they sure do seem to get into a lot of trouble! Like 2 yr olds, they are into everything! We named the tortie Tink and the Tuxedo Eloise (she behaves just like the Eloise at the Plaza). Jinx is still a bit on the fence about these new additions, Annabelle has completely accepted them and loves to play chase with them.

Nothing much new here. :)

Mellie, you are brave for putting up a tree with 2 kittens in the house. Hope none of the ornaments are breakable.

We had 4 kittens one Xmas & I did dare to put up a tree, but it only had lights and bows on it. Looked pretty good though. And we only had 2 tree scaling episodes.

Glad you got the tractor to the neighbors ok Bigz. I hope it will be up & running like a champ again soon.

Our old 18 year old kitty is not doing too good. I think I might be taking her in in the morning.

CC, with all the cats we have had in this house (and kids) you would think I would have a tree disaster at some point, but so far we have not had any incidents. I usually put all the breakable stuff up top and the sturdy ornaments at the bottom. They are curious and play with the very bottom, but no climbers yet.

My 18yr old cat is not feeling well either. Probably taking her in tomorrow too. Stupid CKF.....

Got the pleasure of pulling a 223 casing out of my wife's tire today. Just got new tires about 3 months ago and already have to replace one. I can't even guess where it came from because we don't even own a 223. Seems kinda fishy to me how it could stand up just right to actually go straight into her tire

I have had strange things in tires. one that I remember was a hollow piece of tubing , looked like a pop rivet ,,that was a perfect air release for sure..

I think I forgot to mention,, On Dec 5, I saw a fuzzy caterpillar crawling on the cement in front of our garage..

chickens layed 4/6 Sat..

bowling today,,, after someone comes for a rabbit cage, they say ..

Hope everyone's kitties are feelin better. It's amazing the longevity they have compared to dogs. Must be the nine lives they have.

Amazing cw what tires can pick up. When I was working on the road, my big work truck picked up a stove bolt into the Michelin steel radials...I could feel the thumping when the head hit the ground....held air until I made it 40 miles to a Pomps Tire.
