67Drake, the serpentine belt keeps slipping off one of the pulleys.. then it is not tight enough to keep the alternator running and the battery wears down..

I have to have somebody follow me when I drive it to the fixit shop.. so I haven't taken it in , yet..

I am near Richland Center. I'm sure my kids would love it, but my MIL would NOT. Looks like we are about an hour apart.

I have a SIL just south of Richland Center,and BILs in Yuba and Hillsboro. I can see where they get their chicks.


Well,at LEAST the Pack made a game of it,not like the last blowout vs. the Cardinals.

Question- My only rooster,who only has 1 eye (I suspect this may place him lower down in the pecking order) has had a bloody comb since yesterday. I was just reading from some of you not to use vasilene (sp) on it. Does Farm and Fleet sell a good anti septic,or whatever,to put on it till it heals?

Fleet sells Blu-Kote....it's a spray that is antiseptic-protective wound dressing. The blue color keeps the birds from pecking at it like they do with the red blood present.

Tough Packer loss for sure.

If this is the same blue cote I used on my cows, wear gloves when applying it.. it does not wash off of your hands easily.

I am having BBB with baked beans in just a few minutes from now..

Thanks about the Blue Kote tip and tricks. I'll pick some up this afternoon.

My 16 year old was so impressed with the Beer Bread that he has a loaf in the oven right now,and another ready to go in. I'll see how his turns out compared to dad's loaves.
