Beautiful Late Summer day here today. Don't know if you could order a nicer day than the one we are enjoying today.
The gardens are giving up their harvest and we are feasting on plenty of fresh stuff daily. Dug my first hill of red potatoes yesterday and the yield was amazing with extra large, large, and medium spuds all in one hill....no small ones at all in that first hill....couple hundred lbs to dig yet....all the rain was good for the spuds here.
Chickens all laying like crazy and I'm able to keep everyone supplied with eggs.
Nothing else new here, but I'm itching to go fishin soon.
Stay Safe....bigz

of course by that point football will be in full swing so not really. First row of tomatoes is going, second starting to turn, third is still green. Finally have some summer squash too but since only the yellow plants seem to have survived I guess that will not make it to sale. Gave 3 pullet eggs to the neighbor with the 3 little kids, they got a kick out of that.
