Hello all! What a nice day temperature wise, but I sure wish the sun could have peeked out. I REALLY need to wash the windows in this house- I think I have about 30 double hung windows and they are absolutely disgusting. Being on a farm doesn't help any. Hopefully tomorrow....
Cosmo is getting his hooves trimmed on Wed. This is a first for me, and I'm anxious to see how he will do. Since I know nothing about horses, I was told that they are very long. Poor boy!

Going to the feed mill to pick up some feed for the chickies. I had bought a bag of crumbles from the mill closer to our house, and I hate them. I don't think the girls are too fond of it either. I prefer the mash, and they mix their own. Seems like it lasts longer, with less waste. I'm sure they will be hungry too- I ran out today so they had to do with bugs and the pumpkins and seeds from all the pumpkins I thought I needed to buy for decorating. Ugh- why I spend money on pumpkins is beyond me!

Good Morning All! Cindy they are a riot! The trip went very well. In fact I haven't had to clean up any accidents for 3 days but have to clean the litter boxes at least once a day. Got shots and wormer and they are mite free. Did the half dosage for fleas last Monday so they are all around bug free. The blue hairs loved them one gal that I've known for 40 years said you people and your animals. I looked right at her and I said I like them better than some people. She knew I was kidding. She hates people too. She said you are so mean to me. I said you deserve it.

We've bantered like that the whole time I've known her. She's a pistol! The receptionist at the vet asked their names. So I guess Toby and Kissy is it. Told her they've had many names, she said I'll bet. Told her Kissy was almost called Frostbite. She has all white feet except for one black toe.

Jim hope your eye feels better soon and I know about the pressure thing. They told me that I have a lot too and is a precursor to cataracts. They water all the time. Makes it hard to see.

Had to enlarge that pic of the roo that I thought was a PR thought the black tail was part of the hen behind him and couldn't see the black legs either until I made it bigger. PR is out. CC two trips

Think that's going on the menu soon! Had a scare this morning the coop door was open. All accounted for. I know I closed up but the latch must not have caught, it does that sometimes but I was real tired and didn't noticed.

Going to put the snow bucket on today along with doing a few million other things.

I love how the 'expert' has never heard of fetal mummification. (And yes I had to put my 2 cents worth in).

Loving this warm weather ! I think getting the windows washed is an excellent idea! Too bad I will not be home to get it done! Running in to the UW today.

Morning all! I wasnt sure about today but the sky has gone from grey to blue! Might get a ride in yet! LOL---and here I thought I would be stuck cleaning my house today....

I was at a prospective client's place yesterday on Lac LaBelle. All I can say is WOW! I could see me doing some serious cooking in that kitchen...THREE SINKS!

You have me thinking that I must defrosst a whole chicken for tonight BL4! MMM--that sounds fantastic along with some mashed potatoes and gravy...might just have to go out and pick a stalk of brussels too! Yup--glad I have that settled!
