The only advice I have is the turkeys were probably the ones in the seperate box bcause they should b kept seperate. Their amazing!

BBP ~~ so sorry to hear about your moms shed. I feel for her, times are tough.

Snow day yesterday, so I shoveled out the coop ..........again..... and cleaned it. Stayed home from work. 50% of the brood is sick, including the hubby ...uugghhh. So far just snot and crabbiness. Had to nebulize the 7 yr old though, he has always had issues, but thank God I have the medicine and the machine at home to do it.

Snow daze always seem like a fun idea, that is until you have a teenager. ggrrr. having a hard time with this one. Not sure quite how to handle it, or I guess I just don't make a big deal. ggeesshhhh can I have a forum and a manual for parenting correctly!!!??
The Boy, was disrespectful to his father and his coaches at practice... sigh... if he ONLY understood how talented he is and how many people he had in his corner...uggh. Anyway, since there was a snow day, apparently this is code for " I get to hang out with that special girl and my friends"........Dear .. IT is a SNOW Day for a reason! .. besides the fact, you don't get rewarded for disrespectful behavior.
So anyway, The Boy, went out to shovel and I checked his phone, as I periodically do and he had VERY ColorFull Things to say about his parents........

we give and give and get no appreciation. I know it is the AGE... i am so hurt, i thought we had a better relationship than this. well the phone is gone for a very long time. What bothers me most is that there was NO appology, not even a fake one! ggrrr uuggghhh...........

Anyway... thanks for the vent.........suggestions thoughts and wiser more experienced opinions welcome....

Sorry you are having teen problems....they always feel. Feel parents are dumb, feel no one listens, feels no one understands, feels no one cares, feels......poor things..You could not pay me a million bucks to be a teen again......if you want to talk..PM. this is to far off topic and I have been corrected enough on here.

Hi... Vent time. ( and I don't mean chicken vent )

My eggs are showing up for the Easter Hatch. I decided I'd get out my crappy back up bator. (and I am pointing out that anytime I mention something about my bator to TerriO she never responds...). Anyhow, I go to put my egg turner in this back up. It doesn't fit! Then i noticed my kids ripped the arm off all the columns on the egg turner! Now I can manually turn eggs 7 at a time, 6 rows of each!!! Seriously... This sucks...

Just hearing about your drive Hurley makes me happy to now have a job where the work comes to me! LOL! Your DH doesnt do snow removal when he's home? I would think snowsuits for the boys and a couple of shovels might get them good and tired! Of course I had lots of "help" shoveling my driveway yesterday...most of it was the snow being shoveled back onto the drive!

Nope, DH is worried the boys will chop off their hands if they're out when he's snowblowing...probably a realistic fear with Tyler. That kid has his momma's no-fear gene when it comes to those things. He'd probably dive into it to see how it works. The drive is a little big of a job for shoveling and poor Thomas, I think would freeze to death in under a minute, little bird-boned kid. Tyler is more brawny and doesn't appear to get cold, like his momma.
