Speaking of getting things done....

I have the frame for my Chicken Thunder Dome put together.

Now I have 6 months to get the netting and tarps on for the roof apparently.

Still thinking about a doorway. We have the option of throwing kids in to catch chickens.

For you newbies, a lot of us have been on here for 4+ years, we know each other pretty well and we DO get into somewhat heated discussions but in the end we work it all out. (Jerry Springer? Seriously?!) It cannot be sunshine and roses ALL the time.

Life would be WAY too boring if we all agreed with everything everyone has to say.


So on the better things!!!!!

All of the seeds I planted last week have sprouted! I planted Basil, Dill, Parsley, Brussels sprouts, and that cool Romanesco Broccoli!!! I also planted some old fashioned marigolds and four o'clocks. My tomatoes have gone WILD and the ground cherries are staring to bloom!

WHERE THE HE!! IS SPRING!!!!! I need to move the jungle outdoors!

I hate to pull off the scab, but... What's wrong with button quail?

Our maters and broccali are up and growing as well.

I just watched a segment on the Colbert Report where he was making fun of an "as seen on tv egg cooker". It was gross and funny( 2 things I value) and had him holding a really nice RIR, that he almost kissed. And ate cooked eggs out of her vent.

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!! That would be a lot funnier if it was nt so true. I always tell my wife that quality work takes time.
