Alrighty enablers; white eggs!! I want some! It will be my belated bday present to me. Fertile white eggs.
Now I need you all to direct me on a good breed, or mix... I googled... came up with a lot of bantom, and flighty breeds. And too annoying that the phone has poor service tonight. And I should think about laying in bed. 100 am is early lol

So; white egg, big bird, kinda friendly. I do have what I was told is a blue Andalusia. But she hasn't gotten a tail????
Do any of you have any white egg layers to recommend/sell eggs from?

Well got the brooder done but I think I made it too big, 32"deep 2'high and 64"long takes up quite a bit of room in coop. Also put down new floor and made the roost. Today had to be the worst yet for humidity, good news I've lost 20lbs in past 2 weeks from all this building in the heat. Time for a little break though, someone said it might rain tomorrow so might get to sit inside with the air and kick back.

I just candled my 26 eggs and 13 are non-fertile so going to fill it back up and hatch the fertile one in the homemade incubator when time comes. That rooster better start doing his job with the ladies!
