Good luck FT! I am a horrible sleeper and have always wondered how in the world people can fall asleep being watched/attached to monitors? I suppose theyre used to dealing with that tho. Good thing they let you take a sleeper! I hope this time it helps with clarifying your dx.

we are taking a family trip to the Shed Aquarium. Never been, sounds neat. spending the day with Dh's family and I'm keeping fingers crossed that the kids all behave.

I must have done the quote thing wrong, but whoever cleans units ~ try (if you haven't) either e-cloth or Norwex. I have both, they work the same, but the e-cloth costs MUCH less. I'm always amazed at how little effort I need to use and how absolutely Awesome they work. Blinds suck no matter how you do it.

BBP~ I once had a cat who was peeing in the house and it turned out that he had fleas even though he was on Frontline. As soon as I found them (after several months!) and got him a dose of Capstar, the problem was solved. That cat is trying to tell you something. get it checked out, it'll help both of you feel better!

Belated Happy Belated Bday cuties..hope it was a good one.

Talk about stuff breaking around the house...the water softener was shooting water out today. It has a crack by the valve...had to turn that baby off and clean up the mess...called mahar water and culligan for estimates...i'm done with the water right brand. I suppose these guys charge a fortune for theirs?

I'm a huge fan of APA breeders. They breed toward the sop and work toward perfection. I'll call the Petersons tomorrow cuties, and see what they have to offer.

I haven't lost much here either...however the fridgz has lost quite a few long necks.

Had BLT's this week too. Cherrywood smoked bacon, tomatoes, and spring salad mix from sandhill. One seed packet planted a 25ft row. I pulled half the row and it filled a huge meat tub. After washing and spinning it filled 3 of the 2gal bags. got lettuce?

Yep, we have lots of the real blue jars too.

Hi All! Another hot sticky day!

To those of you getting fresh garden stuff already.......

I do have a green tomato though.

TO... Congrats on the guineas! Good idea to "save" a bunch.... they aren't good mamas! I have one hunkered down in the way back too. Young son said she has about 20 eggs! By the time she gets them near the coop We'll be lucky if she has 5 left! I hope your right about my turkey hen. She's been gone for maybe 3 days now. I haven't seen a turkey egg in the coop for a couple of weeks, I figured she just stopped laying. She might even be hiding at the neighbors. Yea, I had one under my window and one in the coop. I think the one that was trying to brood in the coop (her brood is broke now) thinks she's a chicken now. She keeps going to roost on the chicken's roost! Funny how the chickens give her a good 2ft. all around!

OH.... Yippee for the new toilet!!! BTW... How is that marvelous nose for finding dead mice? Last year we had one that took weeks to find!

FT... I hope your sleep study gets you some answers!

Bl4... I love storms too! Not real fond of tornadoes, but I don't fear them. I will say, getting lifted by one is one of the coolest feelings though!!! Nice pics!

good morning, Yep, maybe by fall this batch of snow will be melted and ready for new stuff..

coffee must be done, so I am finished reading and heading up for a cuppa.. heading to FF today for new fuel line.. then I am going to try to figure out the combination for starting that tiller.. all 2 cycle engines have their own combinations/tricks for starting...

Wow, what a difference a day makes huh? Wonderful morning!
I love a good storm too. Growing up in Michigan's tornado alley we saw more tornadoes than anyone wanted to. My dad's house was on a small lake and my brothers and I even sat on our porch once and watched one destroy a subdivision that was on the bluff on the other side of the lake and another time one hit the water and the entire area stunk the rest of the summer because it threw fish into treetops, on roofs

Good morning! More babies for you Jim...YEAH!
My son loved the fish...I was showing him across the room and he thought it was a carp! Did you guys eat it? have it mounted? released? I think I would like to catch one like that too, but it must have been pretty nerve wracking wondering if the line would snap!Man--I am getting drowsy here....I better post some pics...
I want to make this for a picnic! Maybe set it on some blue jello too...gotta be cooler for that though!

You can see the guinea babies hiding among the others. They are so scared of the camera. The bird right in the middle is the turkey poult I found peeping in the barn. If it is from my birds (and really couldnt be anything else) the mom is half Royal Palm and half Narragansett. The father is Royal Palm or the same mix (I think it is a mix)

The only pure white. Any smarties about their genetics?

New aquisition out of QT. His brother is just like him but the points on his comb must have been frozen off at some point. He is more shy.

Moment of crab: love it when hubs doesnt get home from work until 8 pm, makes himself a big ol' drink, gets to stay up late, so he sleeps in, so he's grumpy as he!! For sleeping in, ragging at kids this morning, comments on my parenting skills because I won't sit right next to the kid taking forever to eat his cereal, then makes sure to comment about the gigantic hole in the backyard MY dog dug that has been there for weeks and is NOT new... Yeah, see yah honey. Have a super day at work. Appropriate sarcasm drippingly applied to last statement.

I think I'll have some Baileys with my coffee thank you very much...
