Funny you should mention Bo Derek, when I was young I looked like her and I had the hair on my head put into corn rows before I had my chemo, in case it fell out I'd have the braids !!! Had a black girl from work put them in !!! I didn't feel comfortable having her cornrow anything but the hair on my head !!! lol

Ok, now for some REAL DIRTY TALK! So nice and cool this morning I got out early and picked and weeded my bean patch ( told you it was dirty ) . Got a nice basket full of beans to go along with the ribs hubby is doing on the barbecue this afternoon, yum . Two loads of laundry done so my big stuff for the day is already done and hubby just now popped in to announce the bladder in the pressure tank on the well is shot so I can't run any water so no cleaning the kitchen, oh darn, hehehe. Good thing I just made a fresh pot so now it's time to grab another cuppa and.

Ok, now I'm Ticked with a capital PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

ET has been gone all blasted day...... supposedly fixing the boat. I called once hours ago and he said that he took the switch off the boat but the wires were so short that he was having problems. Fine, hung up and waited. Even took a Looonnnnng nap expecting him to walk in any time..... Nope!!!

So I called about half hour ago. He said he was just going to call me ........ Not good news !!!

He has the thing all jazzed up..... He called the guy in MA where we ordered the switch from and the guy told him where the wires go on the switch. No luck, asked if he called the guy back.... NOPE... Now they are closed and so is the dealer in town !!!!!

So some guys were padding by in there boat and said they have a friend with the exact same boat. They asked the guy to go check out his wiring. Guys is suppose to text them back.
So ET is sitting there... getting Ticked at me for asking questions................. I told him don't do the switch unless you are very careful or I am there since we were told it can fry the wiring !!!
Asked him if it was still connected, NOPE all wires are off !!!

He said he took off all the wires one at a time and put them on the new switch matching the I.... S/A... M.... C....and B codes.

Then he said he had and extra purple wire. The guy said to put it on with the yellow and red wire. ET then tells me that it actually is a black and white wire... I asked if he called the guy back and he said NO..... Now *** !!!!
So as it stands there are no wires connected.... And he's PI$$ed at me !!! ARRGGGHHHH !!!

Any of you guys have any idea what the Frick is going on cause I sure don't and ET for sure doesn't !!! He had better not fry the whole thing or he can just sit out there and bake, wish it was still hot out.... he deserves to roast !!!!! Just venting cause if I vent at him he will hang up on me !!! Geez

Now I have to figure out where to look online.

Sandi, is hubby color blind? I remember Jim having similar problems last summer during the multi-part chapters of Ollie's rebuild.

Of course if he is color blind it would eliminate the need for multiple colors of beads for the cornrows

HaHHHH !!! Maybe that explains his lack of intelligence at times !!!! Or as I say Stupidness !!

Maybe I don't want to know if he is then I'll really know what I have on my hands.... sorry, I'm just really really bumbed right now. Our golf cart is sitting in the driveway..... He managed to screw that up last year. I have a Dixon z turn lawn mower sitting in the semi trailer with some blade issue he managed to "fix" and the shaft on the post hole digger on the tractor is bent in half..... I warned him about watching that when he was scrapping the paddock a few weeks ago. Made him take the auger off but the shaft was still on and he didn't realize he bent it !!!!!!!

I'm telling you all I can't cope some days !!! A dollar comes in to this house hold and he manages to spend $10 fixing what he breaks !!! I have to say Cindlady you said you can relate BUT I think I have you beat !!!!! The worst thing is I nicely say, not to do it today, wait till I'm there etc. Warned him about frying the wires.... HE JUST DOESN"T LISTEN !!! I said to him "I said blah blah blah" and he just said "YOU SAY A LOT OF THINGS !! " I'll tell ya.... this man needs a job !!!!!

No wonder I'm tired !!

My Dad was color blind..... makes for matching clothes pretty scarey.... I remember he would pick me up to go to Menards and he would have a plaid flannel shirt on and over the top of it would be a clashing plaid flannel jacket. Kind of embarrassing at the time (you know how young people are), boy what I wouldn't do now to parade all around the store with my mismatched plaid Dad !!

Good thing Mom picked out his clothes for special occasions !!

Oh, so that explains why Jim wears two different colored socks with his sandals ???
