So sorry to hear all this the best thing is to encourage a counselor and a doctor. At your daughters age she should be seeing a doctor once year for a physical anyway... No one needs to live with panic attacks and depression these days there is a lot of help out there and you and yours need to reach out find it... The answers are not overnight but may take months, better to do it now while we have lots of daylight. Seems it gets worse as we live here and winters mean darker days. Best wishes, to you and yours, but run to your family doctor, don't walk.I'm pretty winded today if you can't tell, stress related I'm sure. Got a call from one of my cousins about midnight, another cousin from Tomah(where I grew up) had gotten into a fight with his wife and decided to head to the bar to let off some steam. He hung himself! He was only in his mid 30s and had 3 small children. I hadn't seen him since 07' when I was down to Tomah to see my grandfather in the VA, seems the older we get the less we would see each other. But ****, I'm just floored by this. My family has a HIGH suicide death toll. My aunt, mother to the cousin who called lived with me and committed suicide last Aug 5th in my home, son 14 found her. Another aunt and uncle committed suicide. My daughter 19 has anxiety now I'm seeing and is going thru a really ruff time since moving out last week having panic attacks daily. I told her she could move back home and no one would think any less of her. Anyhow, bad tract record my family has going on here.
