Yeah, Jim's TV always had me thinking he kept them inside of a old console TV.... That would be kind of neat, put the aquarium inside an old console.

CS, I hopefully will know more after I see the pulmonologist on the 28th and the Cardiologist's NP on the 4th of Sept. If it is in fact Pulmononary Hypertension, that is not a good thing but it's obviously in the early stages. If it's Primary there is no know cause, Secondary could be caused by several different things, although that doesn't make it necessarily better just more informed.
My blood sugars are still high in the mornings even though I am on insulin and metformin. My neurologist is the one who suggested I might have sleep apnea because of the high sugar levels in the morning. So with the elevated CO levels in my breathing function test, the two weird sleep studies and now the elevated blood pressures between my heart and lungs this ought to shed some light on the situation !!!! If the Pulonogist doesn't give me some answers on the 28th I will definitely be getting a second opinion some place else. He is suppose to be a good doctor but ????? I am a bit disappointed with his comment that if I want oxygen I can pay for it myself.... I think he may just be one of those doctors that doesn't like to treat Medicare patients........we shall see !!!!

Anyway, CS..... hoping you are at the Urgent Care Facility right now and in safe hands !!! You have us all worried. Give it long enough and we'll figure out what's wrong !!! LOL

I was able to go back and look up some pictures !!!! Cute Keets Jim !!! What are you charging for them now ?
All of the other pictures of kids and chicks are cute too !!

ET is not in the best of moods these days!! I informed him that he has to go to Wausau with me on Friday because he has to have an Xray and short breathing test before he see's his pulmonolgist for a follow up on his sarcoidois in his lungs...... Keeping fingers crossed that he passes his tests !!! Then he goes to his regular doctor on the 27th !! Instead of being to Pissy he should be glad I take care of him so well !!!

Feels like it's gonna be another hotter then H3LL day out again. I have to go find the pool filter instructions for adding the salt... I don't care what they say, I'm going to go in after a week instead of two !!! Well maybe 10 days but now way 2 weeks. Really wish it wasn't put up..... knowing ET it won't come down til it freezes and it will get ruined !!!! Par for the course ! Argh, just got a call from the cath lab, checking on me to see how I'm doing..... asked about the swimming again..... got her to say I can call the docs office on day 10 and ask about maybe going swimming if everything goes good til then !!! Yippee... Now praying for hot weather in 10 days !!!

But I will be checking these out! Also, when the babies were at ourr place, it was a tractor. I had to move that thing 3 times a day!! And they crushed the grass! Lol hubby was alitle crabby about how the lawn was looking. But chicken poo is good fertilizer the grass is all bactk to normal...minus the rabbit pen area :-/

Clark, I really hope you can get a doc to figure this out for you!! I agree; second opinion. I understand it sux having to spend $ at docs that cant get it right. But you need to get this figured out!!

I think it is like an abscess. I googled it, and there is a hard piece in it. People often cut it open and dig that out. I've neutered, and assisted with spays. That was many years ago. I think I could do it. The pics show people using an exacto (sp) knife. I have surgical solution on hand. But the chicken is awake. I would feel bad for her. I hope soaking would do the trick. But don't want to prolong.

Jim I was counting the chick tv. I guess I was off by one!

Or you can go straight to "the Chicken chick" or "fresh eggs daily". They both have good tutorials on how to treat bumblefoot. They both are on FB and you can link thru there. You folks who are re cooperating... Please be careful and have people there for you. Going to the urgent care alone is a last resort. Another pair of ears is always good. Even if you're an excellent advocate for yourself, another person there as a witness is always good. Take time to get better. Beg people to do chores for you? Do you have folks from church, or neighbors, who would be willing to do chores for a few days?

Well, My pool is officially up and running..... I had to call the company and ask how much salt to put in because after digging through tons of papers I still can't find the manual that came with the Ozone/Saltwater/Clorine maker pump.

125 lbs of salt..... done... filter started...bubble cover on to heat it up. Then I get to wait 2 weeks to go in. I told ET he can proably go in tomorrow... He said he's not going in... it's my baby !!!!

OFGS.... see what I put up with.... I'm going to throw his sorry Butt in !!!! Geez.... he always likes to get a reaction out of me.... and it works.... when will I learn ?????

Sure was nice standing next to it pressing my fat belly along the side.... and swishing my hands in the water... Did get cooled off just doing that !!! LOL

Now just need to come up with a dinner plan that won't heat up the kitchen !!!

I think there is a good bumble foot surgery sticky here on BYC too.

Heather, I think Jim would hatch eggs in his bra if he wore one !!!!! He's addicted !!!

Wow it's a scorcher out there today! I knew when I woke up with a major sinus headache it was going to be a nasty weather day. We've been watering the gardens, now with this heat I think you could pull up a chair and watch the tomatoes turn red . . . can't wait for that first BLT

We have our new pullets and they seam to be adapting well. The person we got them from wasn't positive about the sex of two of them so she gave us 10 for the cost of 8 (can't kick on that deal). Since these are dual purpose birds, if they do turn out to be roosters they can be substitutes for the for two meat birds we lost to the great horned owl the other morning. Hubby's fencing experiment didn't quite work out, plan "B" is MUCH better.

Didn't get a chance to respond to everything I read yesterday and now can't remember . . .

Sclark: sure hope you are doing better, as many have mentioned, that's nothing to mess around with. Kudos to you son, nice writing.

FrenchT: I guess I was kind of hoping you would have had a stent put in too, it sure helped my Dad. Since we'll be vacationing in Watersmeet MI next month, I've been checking their weather, I'm not sure how near that area you are but, mid to high 70's (if it is sunny w/no wind) isn't bad weather for the pool. Especially if your floating on an air mattress with a good book and a nice cool drink

Yep, already have my little floaty thing !!! Would prefer a to use my laptop but don't think that is a good idea. Not sure where Watersmeet MI is? I'll have to check. Sounds familiar but I know I've never been there.
So what is plan B?
