Wow this iste is laggy for me so having a hard time posting. Love the leash for a chicken...we have not tried that, although Morgan loves putting her chickens in a doll stroller and pushing them around. The silkies and Ewok her bantam brown leghorn are the only ones who tolerate it.

Hoping to meet up with some lovely people on saturday mromning at cluck the chicken store. soccer is early this week and football is late and my kids friends bday party is not until 12 in Madison so might have some time to stop over and say hello. Might even be lucky enough to leave the kids at home. That means I can talk without being interrupted or mom'ed to death.
otherwise just trying to talk my kids into halloween costumes we already have on hand. or we can cobble toeghther with face paint etc. we will see. There are two princess dresses in M closet right now and she is talking about an alien or cheerleader or who knows what...

A while ago I got a couple birds from Celtic Chick. I was going to give her an update and send pics but then thought I'd post them here...maybe you all can help me decide if I have 2 pullets or 1 pullet and 1 cockerel.
CC, they're doing great. Still getting along fine with the older hens and growing like little weeds, very calm and sweet. Thanks again for the wonderful birds!

I'm not familiar with that breed, but they all look like pullets to me. I have been wrong before, hence we are giving away a rooster to anyone who will take him. Oops!

Has anybody heard of the spay/neuter clinic in gb this weekend? I am thinking of bringing ammo.it is only $40!!!!!!!!!! But I am a bit nervous as all my "doggy" friends have not heard of this place. I normaly utilize the spay me clinic in omro. But hey haven't been offeri g up any deals lately. And ammois already 5 months! I do not like waiting that long. Nervous because it is a cl ad.
