Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Staci, maybe find that episode of Dr. Phil on the web & play it for her. Also, her kid(s) should get her into doing things: church activities, volunteer work, etc. Get her out so she can meet new friends & socialize. She needs to get off the net.

That sound just like her. She won't believe me when I tell her that she doesn't have to pay for someone to love or care about her. For cripes sake she's basically in love with her computer as she's never met him. Only photos he shows her but I tell her I can pull any photo off the net and make it look like my stories are real if I really want to. You are right though she is that lonely and it's very sad.
There is a site that may be able to reverse search those pictures he has of "himself". You can load the picture and search for other copies throughout the internet. I found one of my photos posted without permission that way. (I allowed posting only if they sent me a link to where it was posted and they didn't.) I understand it doesn't work 100% of the time but it did for me.

Get the photos from her and give it a try.

So far for the cake it seems like it is still nice and moist. Frosted it with an amazing buttercream frosting and filled it with lemon curd. Topped with raspberries! I know the frostings are good so

the cake is just as tasty! I'll post pics later, I forgot to take one when the cake was finished and it is all covered up sitting in the fridge.

Another gorgeous day, all my neighbors are outside enjoying our very late spring weather. Since I have five minutes, I think I will finally have some lunch!

ZEKE

congrats Grumpaw Zeke..

my youngest grand is 21 years old.. too big to hold on my lap.. He and I went out for supper last night,, we had a good time, and ate too much .. chinese buffet, ys know ?

Pang picked up the final 10 of her chicks today.. 70% hatch from her eggs is super ..

I had 80% from my first eggs this year..

and I also have 12 guinea keets.. One phone call and they are all sold, if she comes tomorrow..
she will,, I know this woman ..

all of my chicks are out in the brooder pen.. makes it a lot quieter and way less smelly..

I am thinking of calling my nephew to come shovel out the coops.. then I am going to give them a good washing with the hose.. then I am going to set up the brooders in the chicken coop..

the guineas have become wise to us and moved their nest again..

a neat thing happened today.. we were sitting in the kitchen talking when the puppy started barking.. I said what the heII has gotten into her ? when all of a sudden the porch door opens and Pang's husband walks in.. neither of the big dogs made any indication that we had company, but the puppy knew..

I have the battery charger on Ollie,, IDK why the battery went dead.. but it has been awhile since I used him..

I have an old compost pile to scrape for one last time,, then change the back blade for the drag and have a go at the garden and rut up a bunch of rocks..

I am not going to plant anything until after the bash..

Wonderful Memorial Sunday to all!

Also, congrats on your grandchild Zeke! And I hear you on all those un- and misplanned family events. One can plan and plan but one family member always messes up your plans...

Jim, I didn't know your that much up in age... wow!

Although, when I come to think of it, my grandparents now have an 18 yr old great-grandson... hmmm...

Okay, duck condos so far finished (in the rough). Just not sure how to cover and roof the corner portion as the ground is not level at all, despite our trying to make it that way, and it being a corner portion that comes to a very tricky front, we simply try to figure out how to do it. But at least the condos it-selves are covered with mylar and some rubber liner so that the upcoming thunderstorms won't let any rain inside. Now it's just being able to afford some outdoor paint to make it more weather resistant and prettier looking than the mere ol' plywood exterior.

Then SO came up with the idea of moving the gazebo, that's getting used right now as separating pen for the chickens and disabled ducks. We discussed it and found a new location on the other side of the turnaround, also to move the fire pit from the inside pen to the new gazebo area. Should make it that much nicer, easier accessible and off the beaten path (offset I mean) a bit.
Problem right now is, we need to get a pretty big old tree stump out of the way, that has poison ivy growing around it every year in a round patch, but we do not have a backhoe or anything similar to pull the dang thing out once we cut it down a bit more. Tree came down last year due to a lightning strike. Guess we just gotta get my truck at least a bit operational and pull the sucker out tied to the trailer hitch. If that don't work, I have no clue...

All the critters are enjoying the sunshine outside, besides the pheasie babies. Plus, we got a couple more Lady Amherst hatch just a bit ago and a Reeves egg piped. Next batch of Pheasant eggs goes into lockdown tomorrow, the next day about 5 more eggs too. Gonna see what happens... while we enjoy the sunshine, celebrate SO's birthday with his brother by ordering some burgers and onion rings at the local bar (didn't get around to thawing some meat to grill. oops!) and just chilling in the evening sun, hoping the skeeters won't be quite as bad...

good afternoon, picked up GS from work, that is two hours per day wasted,, well, not wasted, but unproductive for me,,

when I got home I started Ollie up and moved the majority of the rest of the old compost pile,, I dumped it very close to the green house.. now I can use it a shovel full at a time from there..

I think I have 2 dozen of the new chicks sold,, another phone call to make..

the Asian lady is coming for a dozen guinea keets tomorrow,, seems like I said that before.. well it bears repeating ..

Sam, I am not that up in years,, we got married at an early urge ..

Memorial Day to everyone....Special Thanks to You that Served, and I need to Thank those that that gave the ultimate sacrifice....we should never take our freedom for granted.

Have fun and enjoy the race...fox really sucks with the running order,..in my opinion.
