Oh my god ! That is so sad ! So sorry for your loss Jim. (((Hugs))) she sure was a sweet heart. I'm glad we had a chance to meet her at the bash. Now I have tears to. Cried my eyes out when my baby donkey died and he was only 26 hours old. Rest in Peace little ANA....was that her name ? Or was it still Puppy?

Hi all--been working my butt off this week...kinda caught up...so sorry about the losses! Geez--I hate that. I have been having my own trouble with a fox that I understand (from my neighbor) has a den in her woods. Well now she visits my chicken area several times a day...two layers gone for sure.

My garden is still not all in but after the week I've had I am enjoying a beverage and sitting int he yard catching up on stuff. Puppiesn are running all around--I am ttrying to get them tired cause i am heading to DD28's place tonight for popcorn and a movie.
Tippy got in a fight with Magic and was shaking her! I cleaned her up...there is a puncture near her eye but the eye looks OK. SHe ate her dinner. He needs to find a home ASAP! I am tired of dog fights!

So I only read a few pages since I am 200 posts behind...was there any GOOD news that I missed? LOL.
I am nearing the end of my first hatch...not a very good one. I am not sure what happened but I have 10 at least. Muskovie babies seem to be crawling out of the woodwork...I had new record set for amount hatched by one...old record 17--new 20!!!! I cant believe it.

I also had a guy call me with requests for ducks. He wanted 500! I told him to come on here and maybe in his route he could stop y all of us and pick up unwanteds. Maybe he will come on....He trucks from NW WI to Chicago area to h for a live market? Didnt know they had those there....

OK--gotta run, that garden is calling me again...glad all are well! TerriO

PS--sweet boat Cind but I think I would be timid with it in the ocean...looks just a little too much like the SS Minnow!
