I will have to try that Beer Bread recipe, the one I have is not that great so I don't make it very often.

For a fast bread, there is a recipe for "Easy-Peezy French Bread" in the Any Home Bakers Here? thread (in the Hobbies forum) that is pretty good. Go to the first post of the thread and there is an index of all the recipes that have been posted with a link that will take you right to the recipe.
