Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

FFF to all! Baked Haddock with baked shrimp with baked potatoes tonight. The sun finally showed itself for the last few hours.
Good to read everyone is doing well. My hens are laying like crazy and friends and family are staying supplied.
Hard to believe it is after the 4th already.

Have fun, stay safe... bigz

I had seared Ahi Tuna with Asian sauce at the local tavern. Their first time serving it. The sauce was a little too spicy for me, but I don't do spicy, lol. Everyone else liked it.

Owner is a friend and he came over and asked me for my opinion - because he knows that I will be totally honest. I told him the sauce was a little too spicey, he said "maybe we should serve it on the side" everyone agreed because then you can use as much or little as you want. I also told him it needed a little hotter sear - the cook was perfect but the sear was pale.

Didn't get to the garden to weed it at all this week. Now DH wants to go out on the boat tomorrow. Will be a busy weekend.

The garden is growing great and the chickens are getting close to laying. Im going to be starting horseback riding lessons here in a few weeks wich will be fun. We started rebuilding a car in April's and it is finally almost done. Hope everyone is well and safe.

there is nothing to riding a horse.
You, on top, horse underneath. keep it that way.
I rode horses a lot in my youth. I met my wife while I was on a horse. I let her get on behind me. Told her to hang on, and she never let go. I was 16 she was 14.
With my new hips, they told me not to ride horses. I was about 74 the last time I rode.
what kind of car did you rebuild?
a friend of mine rebuilt a
'5o Ford PU truck. Tore it down to the frame and painted every part.
Put a V8 into it. Then he got divorced and his wife got everything. lolol All he got was the gal he was fooling around with.

not to much new here, corn growing great thinking of running a bit more fertilizer. Going to have to think about it.
I have a 1960 2 door comet was going to do something with, but just to many projects and is either time or money or both.
I tried putting new spark plug in my push weed whacker , but a no go. New coil coming suppose to be here last Friday, suppose next week show up.
Sugar snap peas are ripe will be picking tonight.

If I have to rebuild my carb, I will just spend the twenty bucks and buy a new one. It doesn't look like there are any adjustment screws on this one. just a slow idle screw ?
Not sure what the carb is from, some of these carbs are cheaper to buy. I am sure you know, if you left ethanol gas in the carb prolly gummed it up, even regular gas gum it up to a point.
Think of some of the carbs now adays are sealed. I will be looking at my ST 100 weed whacker carb later today. Getting to wonder if choke could be stuck, has automatic choke I guess.

I don't use ethanol gas .
this carb was drained when I parked the lawn mower.
It is a 15.5 hp briggs engine. about 25 yrs old. quit using it about five yrs ago
It ran good last summer when I moved it to the other lean to.

A Buick enclave we have a ford truck already and we need something so we can have more room for the dog. Shes to big for the truck.
