Dr. H I use the 5 min a day bread recipe. You mix everything up, let it rise once and put the whole mess in the fridge. When you need some bread you whack off a chunk, shape it, let it rise for 20-40 min (depending on size) and plop it in the oven with a pan of water for steam. NO KNEADING! It makes very moist bread with a nice crunchy crust! I loved this reipe so much I bought both cookbooks for it; there is one for while bread and one for whole grain. You can make anything you want from it, I have made cinnamon rolls and doughnuts from the white along with pizza and baguettes. The whole wheat recipe I have even made cinnamon raisin bagles out of!
