It depends on how they want it demonstrated. Some are hands on, like the craft things we did as kids. Some are a lecture type of thing. Some are both.. or are a tour type of thing.
A workshop on chickens would have a thing printed up on the subject, with helpful tips, local ordinances and web links to places for ordering chicks or chickens. What types of coops
work best in an urban environment..
Basically teaching people what you know about urban chicken keeping, and HOW you got your knowledge.
The hands on would be bringing in a chicken for them to see and pet, going to peoples houses to see their coops.
Lecture type is with pics, and hand outs, and again, having something they can take home to help them get started with their own coops.
There is usually a charge and I think.. it covers cost of print outs, renting the space, and possibly getting a little money yourself.
