go packer morning,, I mean, good pack morn,, oh heck !!!

My one daughter worked on the new computer for a long time yesterday.. she ended up leaving things as they were until Monday.. My other daughter is coming out with some kind of disc we need.. Oh me?? I am upstairs watching TV while they do all this stuff.. I think I mentioned once or a thousand times,,
I am computer illiterate.. I turn it on, if it doesn't work properly, I turn it off.. LOL

It doesn't look like the goose egg marked for hatching on the 3rd is going to hatch,,

these early eggs seldom do.. we don't always find them on time to save them from the below zero temps..

however I did get 3 out of 7 to hatch, so not completely bumbed.

still have 4 left for later date.. I will candle them today when I throw the Feb 3rd one away..

I just realized, we did not have a "january thaw" this year..

Nope...it's not 5 yet....I laughed at your post too! My DH heard it also. The "kids" just laugh at me cause every day when I read this board I quote what you people are saying...they just shake their heads. I got called from my client to work tonight!!!! I "said" I was going to a SB Party. We kind of are...going to our friends' house that we go to every week for the game. My GF wont be there...she is flying out for work tomorrow at 4. So I will watch with the 2 men and listen to them scream...

I cooked some oatmeal for the girls...cooling on the counter right now. THey really LOVE their warm oats on the weekends. Pretty quiet otherwise around here...incubator still giving me fits--I am pretty sure the eggs wont hatch with all the temp swings I have had. When they are for sure done I am going to follow Jim's instructions and see if I can get it steady by the time the purchased eggs arrive! I sure hope I can make that happen...back outside for now....Terri O--Go Pack!

Packer Fever been brewing all week, today's the day! I'm making fruit kabobs and a double layer choc cake with green and gold M&M's polka-dotting it. Gonna be a good night.

Lombardi Trophy Comin Home Day To All.... I think the Pack is going to Dominate today. I think Raji is gonna beat up the rookie across from him today. If the rookie needs help then Big Ben is gonna be limping by the end of the game....in my opinion.

Good Luck with the puter Jim. Once you get er going, what's in your next glass of whine....

I'd give that a try but Suzie is hard of hearing...especially if I'm the one talking.

Couldn't agree with ya more Jim! Susie J the shrimp dip sounds great to me! Everything goes with beer today. Even choc cake amy. Bigz I keep hearing that cockateel singing "I love the GB Packers" Think I'll sing it after every good play they make. Laura will be so happy. Lowly Bears fan. So Susie has selective hearing huh? A lot of people ask what Laura's and mine secret is to getting along so well, she tells them matter o factly "it's easy we just don't listen to each other".

But it's the truth! I made L crawl back into bed this morning she got up at 4. I started doing the dishes and she said she was going to do them. I told her to get her butt in bed and take a nap to rest up for making her super nachos for the game. Poor baby! Less than 3 hours till kick off!!!!

I don't think Annie is planning on cooking for the rest of this week.. she made a big kettle of chicken soup.. Now she is working on a big kettle of cowboy beans,,

she made me start a batch of ho-mde bread rolls.. (which are ready for the oven as soon as I finish this post) then she has hamburger out for hamburgers, and weiners and shrimp&sauce.

. I'll prolly be outside grilling while she is watching the game..

when she gets back from Fleet&Farm, she is going to make some oatmeal cookies with nuts and raisens.

Now ask me again,, "Jim,why did you have that heart attack??"
