Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Work comp can be tricky, but most companies are very good about it.

PM me if you have questions, I have had some experience with it for my dad and my cousin. I have one little turken that isnt doing very good. Not sure if he is going to make it, we will see.

Just set up my incubator.

When DH was on it they paid for everything. wages, medical bills even transportation costs to follow-up appointments. It was very easy to deal with them! I hope he recovers soon...will he have to have surgery? That has got to be pretty painful...

It is SNOWING here again! I guess it's also supposed to get bitterly cold tonight...have to go out later and get the horses' blankets back on I guess...this can be done any time!
THanks for the info on Bud BIgzio...of course that would have to be my LEAST favorite kind of beer...I am going to go and see what the internet has to say--you are right; you just NEED beer with pizza! (maybe that is why it wasnt so good?)
SNacking on some [oh so delicious] corn chex right now....NOT!~Terri O

(PS) I love those little roosts you have in there too! What a good idea to put them through bricks...I will be copying for sure!

OK, some of this white stuff needs to melt. I'm up to my shoulders in a narrow walkway of snow walls into the run and to the pop door. The chickadoos obviously think snow is poison and won't walk up on the drift that is their coop, but will deign to hop down into the path I keep cleared for them and partake of water from the heated bucket. Their treats go out in the path, too, get them some fresh air daily before they retreat back to the coop. There is now more snow than space in the run, since the walls are 6 foot tall. Poor chicklings, though they've managed quite well in their unheated coop this winter and don't seem any worse for wear.

This morning's delicacy was spaghetti and super worms with a garnish of black oil sunflower seed. Yum!
Desert was a few handfuls of alfalfa hay, which they seem to really love.

When are my Ameraucanas going to start popping out those beautiful blue eggs? Come on girls.

Hey Hurley, your EE's may not do blue eggs, they may do green. THat is what mine lays.

So I am battling a weird issue with my Audi.. and can't find a wiring schematic OR Haynes/Chilton manual for it at ALL.. driving me NUTS!
Or its the starter.. grrr...
sigh.
Go Pack!

I broke my foot last summer, and can say Work Comp isn't that bad at all to work with. They did Not however pay ALL my lost wages, but a percentage of them. They did pay for all the surgery, and other medical bills. They will ask him what happened and how it happened like 3 times just to make sure the story stays the same, but other than that they were really pretty good about things. Hope he gets bette

Thankfully I have sent complaints off to the BBB, FCC, and the WI DATCP...................................

This is straight off the contract....

"Changes. We may change these Terms and Conditions, including any change in any charge or fee, or the imposition of a new charge or fee, at any time if we give you notice in advance of the change. If we make a change to these Terms and Conditions that is material and you do not wish to accept such material change, you may terminate your Agreement for the affected Service by giving us notice within 30 days, in which case you would not be subject to an early cancellation fee. You will, however, still be responsible for all charges for Services and Equipment made before you terminated your Agreement for that Service. A material change is ONLY a change that (a) terminates or substantially reduces the availability of a Service for you or (b) results in an increase of any charge by more than ten percent (10%) of the monthly access charge for that Service......."
