OK !!!! I leave to go to the clinic to get blood work done but doc didn't call it in, maybe I didn't need any ??? Either way

Then to drop off my DVD (Temple Grandin, you gotta see it btw) and peacock books, then to grocery store (got free chicken gravy mix and can of black olives for free (senior day)) Then to Dollar General for Dog food. Would you believe the dog food cost me $73 !!! Well, that and a few other things like Elmo pajamas and Elmo Slippers for baby Adalyn !!! Can't resist when I see things for her !!! And a few more things that I don't even remember other then the M&M's I ate on the way home

Gonna tip the scales at the Docs on Friday

And no doubt get yelled at

Anyway, so WHAT's Up around here ????

Anyway, I love it that we all have similarities and differences, it makes the world go round, well I know I'm in my own world but besides that, please don't stop posting. I would love to learn more from ALL of you.

So back to chickens, TO and Bigzio have Buckeyes, they should be able to get some for you. I think you should get an incubator and start your chicken math !!!

While I was on my way to town I called the neighbor to wish her a Merry Christmas and told her to keep an eye on the road near me and told her about Porky !!! Well 15 minutes later she called back. Porky was walking up the road the same way I drove to go to town !!! I had watched in the the rear view mirror for him and he didn't come out of his house but I guess after all he did.

So she got him to run up the driveway, he knows his way home. On the way home I stopped and talked to another neighbor and told them about Porky.

Just talked to OM DH, he said he will work on moving the chickens aroun this weekend and Porky will get the chicken tower coop that is penned in. Poor Pig ! He likes having freedom but not at the expense of getting shot !!!

OM DH is going to go up to the other neighbors to buy syrup tomorrow and I told him to tell them about Porky too !!! They are all related up here, except us !!

Oh well, on that note, I have to go out and close up chickens, ducks and Porky and feed and water horses and goats and ponies and .............................. I'm tired !!!!

Anybody else watch Revenge on ABC at 9pm. Gotta hurry or I'll miss it !!!

Ah,,, I really don't think you want to know how I live !!!!!

Besides taking care of the animals I get done what I feel like doing not what really NEEDS to be done !! How's that for Honesty, hey I have only so much energy !!! Don't want to waste it on unimportant things (in my mind anyway) I figure I'm saving energy by NOT running the dishwasher or washing machine or ...... everyday... Right ????

I tend to smother people with my experience as my farmer and farrier friend once told me I know so much its like I'm a walking encyclopedia

. But really, if I do rub someone wrong, just let me know and I'll curb whatever it is I'm doing/saying.

Now then, the incubator deal, I was actually thinking of having rabbits so I can do the rabbit math. My chickens on the other hand wont be much as I stated before, as I just don't have the room. Once I can figure out how to post photos of my home, it will give you a general idea of how my home is set up.

By the way, I answer to a whole mess of names, even "hey you" will get my attention

I'm still trying to figure out how any sane individual would keep a chicken in their house? Chickens have coops, that is there home. Humans have houses, that is there home...and so, I ask you, where is the logic in keeping a chicken in a humans home? What is it that I am missing?

Tiki, Just because one cannot spell means nothing. It doesn't describe a persons actions, nor does it qualify someones skill level, or life experience. Misspelling doesn't dispute a persons education, nor does it reveal how a person is. Misspelling is just that, misspelling, and I do it all the time, even when trying to be a perfectionist and sometimes the computer itself cannot identify a correct word, hence will underline it in red as being misspelled. I'm sorry you took that personally and you are NO idiot, not by a long shot.
