That usually where we shop and I haven't seen any there except the De mixed with the Benoite clay, and that is not food grade guess I better look harder next time I'm there. what dept do they have it in?

I don't remember what dept I got it from. but I called and they said they had it. maybe give them a call and ask about the benoite clay.

Snowy Fish Fry Friday To All.... looks like it finally stopped snowing. We ended up with a good 6" of the white stuff. Hope in melts soon. Yep below 0 wind chills tonight..birds are all locked up today. I've been scolded pretty good already by them. They were liking the freedom to roam better for sure.

That guy needs to add another $2500 on to his price for my 8N CC! My 2 back tires are worth more than that...they are like new. I supppose he is buying the real dead ones...mine is just resting..LOL

Forgot who was asking about the height of the chicken fence? I have one pen that is 6' with a covered steel roof. It's nice to walk in there without ever having to bend over. I have another pen that is 5' with a open top. That works well too and I've never had a bird fly over it. Maybe they just like it in there

Mine free range whenever the weather is fit to open the doors.

Nothing new here...Catfish is soaking in Milk and the healthy ho-made fries are soaking in ice water. Suzie is making a fresh cherry pie

I suppose i should go do some shoveling....Noon somewhere...maybe have a beer first to adjust my attitude.

Sorry Sandi, I made a very rare mistake.. the 700 pounds of oats and corn was $114.5o.
I am used to getting feed in 100 pound sacks.. I was thinking 14 sacks for $114.oo = 1400 pounds.. I do this to myself a couple of times a year..

Coyotes aside, I wonder what the bus driver thinks when you have to force your daughter to go to school using a gun?

I found a guy with a male Maremme who might be willing to help us do the deed ..

Sandi, I know that these dogs have large litters.. I am not too worried about having to get rid of a lot of puppies.. Nora had 13 pups last time.. her mate was a great pyrenese...

Robin. how can I answer your question. If I answer yes., I ignore you, then that would not be true.. but on the other hand, if I don't answer at all it would make you correct, but you would not have confirmation from me..

If you are planning to have a covered yard, make the cover high enough so that you can walk in there upright.. there is no bigger thrill in this world than chasing chickens and you being all scrunched over.

a few years ago, I had 100 chickens in my lower fenced in nut trees. the chickens would roos on top of the 4 ft high fence.. then the next day, they would fly down from the fence.. some would be inside the fence and some out... it all depended on which way they were facing when they woke up..

lol She wouldnt have seen it, it was in my coat. But even so, we live a ways out of town so its not a big deal lol. But that could have been funny if someone thought I had to force her to go.
