Ha! You'd have flipped at my parents house when we were all still living there. At our highest point, we had 22 vehicles between 5 people. The girls and I went over to the new neighbors house to introduce ourselves....I get a really strange vibe from the guy and I didn't meet his wife, but so far very odd people. Supposedly there are only 2 people living there and 4 vehicles????? They also have 2 dogs, one of which howls all of the time (hound call).
Any suggestions for saddling this high-withered beast? I was thinking a cut back pad and gaited saddle. But I have NO idea about saddles. I've just been reading online.
In my opinion you need to use an Arabian Saddle with a pad that has a cut back for the withers. He looks to be very short backed to me. I have an excellent book from the library "Pain-free Back and Saddle fit Book" very intensive! it is by Joyce Harman, DVM See it you can get it from your library...it is very informative! HTH Terri O
