I found a 10" and 12" pulley from TSC you have to weld in the 1" bore hub in the pulley. I priced out the 12" and the weld in hub and it came out to be 26.48 w/o tax so at most it will be still less than $30

I found a 1/4 inch piece of aluminum at a scrap yard, put the fingers through that, then screwed it onto a 3/4 inch piece of treated plywood, in the same shape.

I am using 1/4" diamond plate that I got from an uncle. I called TSC about the 12" pulley all the ones in my area are rain check only so I had to order it and it will be here in a week.

Next One Will Be Ss- I Found A 2 X 2 Sheet But It Is 18ga. So It Will Need

I some SS but it just so hard to cut about the only wat i can see is a band saw.

did you ask about a 16 inch pulley? I know the farm and home supply has them ive seen them there before.
