Wobble??? ! Chirp!!!! HATCH!!!!! Pics!

Today is day 18, they've been moving since day 15. Hubby is concerned it's his fault (he built the bator), and is offering a brinsea as a "make-up" gift (I'm not at all angry at him).

I know the eggs are fertile, simply scrambled got hers from the same person and we set on the same day.

It could be going through the postal system too! I got 2 shipments of chicken eggs, both from the same area. One box I hatched chicks. The other shipment was better wrapped and no broken eggs at all, and I got no chicks from those eggs!

BUT...get a Brinsea too. Those are cool incubators!! ((hugs))

Are they still moving? Don't give up yet. They may surprise you....I hope so! If they've been moving, and you said you had a pip (right?), then you know they've made it this far. If you had any days of low temps, it may have slowed them down some.

hun, if they are moving and alive then they werent scrambled

i know it's so easy ot listen to everyone when they say they had some hatchon day 15, yes it happens but the norm is and always will be 18 days

Plus your incubator temps were fluctuating so give or take them a day

So far 1 baby, either a golden or brown, still wet. At least 3 more pipped.

The bator spiked at 112, so i cracked it to vent and cool it, and the darn thing hatched in my hand. (sorry Boyd for screaming in your ear). Son as he's dry i'll snap some picks.

Once it dries I'll snap a photo, gonna name it platypus, for Boyd.

I still think his ears are ringing from me screaming.
