Wobbly 5 Week Old Chick

Mostly yes. I have not given straight vitamin E yet. I will be getting some today. They have been on Rooster Booster Vitamins and Electrolytes with Lactobacillus Poultry Supplement though every day since I discovered her like this. I have Ivermectin paste 1.87%. Do you think that’s good or should I get something different to deworm when I go get the Vitamin E today?
I learned here that Ivermectin is not the preferred product to be used for deworming. It does work for SLM (scaly leg mites) but apparently not so great anymore for the usual internal worms chickens get.

You mentioned you had Safeguard. That's one product that many use. I've never dewormed mine so can't say but I trust what others have recommended and that's one of them.

I thought it was safeguard I had in the cabinet but it was the ivermectin 😫 The safeguard I see at Tractor Supply says horse, cattle or goat. I think I’ve read to use the goat one? Do you remember if that’s correct?

It's the goat or horse. Let me see if @Wyorp Rock can come back or I can find posts that explain this.

If you use the Valbazen, the dosage would be smaller for month old chicks. I would use 1/4 ml orally once and repeated in 10 days. For the SafeGuard, it would still be 1/4 ml per pound for 5 days.
They’re a little over 6 weeks now and MAYBE a pound so I’ll keep that in mind! Thank you! I really hope this works for her. And I should treat them all right? Since they’re all in the same run? Not just the “drunk” one.

Yes! If it's worms, they all could have them and she's just got them worse or was affected by them worse. Definitely treat them all at the same time. Good luck!

Thanks for the video, what a sweet girl!

She's very unbalanced. I would start her on Vitamins asap.
Give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with little egg for the uptake of E. See that she's eating her normal feed and drinking well.

Deworming *might* help, but I'm not sure if worms at 5weeks old would be that big of an issue. Most folks don't even think about deworming until birds at least 6weeks or older and there's a known problem with worms in the flock.

You can find Vitamin E and B-Complex at stores like CVS, Walmart, etc. Examples are below.

IF you still wish to deworm, then you can use Safeguard 10% Liquid Goat Dewormer or Equine Paste. I'll put dosing below.

To treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm you can use Safeguard (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole). Both are given orally by weight; they do not mix well with water.
Safeguard 10% Liquid Goat Dewormer or 10% Equine Paste dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
Here's how to give oral medications:
