Wobbly chick please help.

I Have a chick that hatched earlier today. I took it out with 5 others. I placed them all underneath the chick heater plate.
About an hour later I found this one out by itself on it's back and getting cold. I took it and placed in my smaller incubator for an ICU.
It's been about 3 or 4 hours and there isn't any improvement.
The chick is fairly energetic but it won't open it's eyes and rolls over or falls onto it's back.

Awww. Off hand Splay leg comes to mind. If you do a search on the site tons of info will come up. Picture(s) are always helpful.

A chick chair or hammock might be beneficial to give it some support perhaps.

I was also wondering if a newly hatched chick could have an ear infection or another inner ear issue. Anyone know?
