Hey Y'all,
I have (had) 8 10 week old bronze turkeys (4 males, 4 females). They stay in a roofed 10x10 dog kennel at night and free range during the day.
I walked out there this morning to find a dead hen near the feeder. There are no bite marks, pulled feather, blood, etc. The hens head is bruised and bloody UNDER the skin.
Once it stops raining I will take a picture. Could the turkeys have killed it?
Thoughts on the culprit?
