Nira looked at the other male pup,he was the smallest and the runt of the litter.The little pup was shaking from the cold and Nira nuzzled him closer to her"He will be Starling."She finished(Do you want to play any?)

Nira smiled softly and nuzzled Jaman,she couldn't describe the amount of happiness she felt right now.Though there was a sad thought lingering there too.(Do you want to Starling or Lark?)

(Awww bye )A shadow suddenly pushed her back into the tunnel,but not hard enough to cause any harm.It was the same wolf that had helped sent a message to Silvermist when she and Thorn had been captured by the outsiders.The she wolf looked back at the entrance as she saw flaming debris fall into the river,which would've most likely hit Raven
if she had stayed there any longer.Below the tree that had fallen in slowly made it's way down the river,the wolf watched closely for Thorn but she couldn't see him.

Thorn gasped desperately for air but all that came was water.He was helpless as the current carried him farther down the river.He tried to swim up but the tree bashed against his head before he could reach the surface. He lungs screamed for air but there was nothing he could do,he was now barely conscious and the only thing he knew was he was probably going to die.

Raven was desperate to help Thorn, but knew well enough he was most likely dead, though still had hope. She cried,"We need to find him!" and tried to look over the edge.

Shard ran along the edge of the gorge looking for Thorn. He thought he saw slight movement by the tree and jumped into the raging water. He dove under water and searched for Thorn. He thought, He's lucky only because if Raven found out I had a chance to save you, and passed it over, she would kill me again.

Raven was desperate to help Thorn, but knew well enough he was most likely dead, though still had hope. She cried,"We need to find him!" and tried to look over the edge.

The she wolf looked down at the river then back at Raven."It's too dangerous to swim in there,but we can try to look after the fire."She said softly,though she knew by that time it would be probably too late for Thorn.

Thorn looked up when he thought he saw a shadow swimming toward him.He couldn't see who it was because he was slowly sinking and couldn't get a good look.He had no strength left in him to fight back against the river. I'm sorry Raven.He thought and closed his eyes.
