Yes..I still cry if I think of her too much..16.5 years and then one day she is gone. Took me weeks to remember when I got out of bed I wasn't going to step on her anymore.....Lucy loves to play so Darla will be her new friend...
It takes a long time for the heart to let go. Lucy will be super excited for a play friend!

..I still miss my Old Pug Kizzy too. Her ashes are buried with Tinker my Chihuahua and Mutsy right beside them in my Backyard where my hedge and fire pit is.

and we didn't give a hoot) that'll be 6yrs in June. She's my "special" (read: dopey) girl, as evidenced by the picture of her falling of the dock. The third is our Chickie buns, a blue healer that turned 2yrs in January. Thought I'd throw in the fourth for fun.
