wondering if I have a muscovy duckling?

hatched at 31 days...a real cutie with a wide tail base...
I have a male and female muscovy and just wondered if maybe.....

It appears to be a muscovy due to it's longish tail and bill shape. If it's got thicker legs that the "average" duckling, that would be a clincher.

Looks like one! If you look at the bean (the tip of the bill), muscovies usually have a noticeably larger bean than other breeds. From your pictures it's hard to tell, but it looks like that duckling has a large Muscovy bean : ) And the shape of the body and tail also points to muscovy. Congrats, they are a very fun breed to have!

Thanks for all your input! and yes, I did notice that he /she has chuncky legs....
with him being born later (not 28 days) he hatched out with a batch of guineas and they just love him!
He's really a cutie I think!!

Could be a Khaki Campbell. Muscovies take 35-37 days to hatch.
