Hatched yesterday and im wondering if we have to cull it or if thete is help

Can you give more details. Is the left foot just curled under? Will the leg bend? Does the chick have splayed legs? I would start some b vitamins for riboflavin, which can help with curled toes. You can also tape toes as in this link:

Well thank you for the promt reply!
The left foot stays curled up like that even
when it tries to walk. I can straighten the toes with my fingers.
I don't know if it's splayed because it can't actually stand on that foot

Splayed legs are wide apart, and a leg hobble can bring them closer for a few days. Leg bone deformities (varus, valgus, and rotated tibia) and slipped tendons are also common.
