Got these a couple weeks ago. they looked like these which are brown red OE

Now that feathering has started well, i'm wondering now as this doesn't look at all like a BR OE. Doubtful that they are golden sebrights, as they legs are black, not lavender.

You have some geeky looking teenagers. Kinda hard to tell until they grow up a little more. Not that I am any kind of expert, my expertise seems to be giving names nobody ever heard of to mixed breed chickens. If I were to label your chickies with a "special" name, I would call them Black and Gold Stained Glass Cathedral Chickens.

i got them and some others from Tractor Supply. they were the only 2 that were black. not that it's a big deal that they are unknown currently, but just thought that we had them figured out.

I have to agree with the sebrights, likely half breeds, but since these are just going to be "birds to have" I guess it's not a horrible thing.

If they got thair bantams from Ideal and both of those little cuties have single combs(hard to tell with those pics) I would say those are golden laced OEGBs. Ideal sells both golden and silver laced OEGBs.
